Leslie Levitt-Raschella is the founder and President of The Executive Group, Inc. With over twenty-five years of experience in business and individual insurance planning, she is a seasoned Employee Benefits Specialist who brings deep expertise and insight to organizations of all sizes. Throughout her career, she has advised startups and small to mid-sized companies on building comprehensive, cost-effective insurance and benefits programs that support both the employers’ goals and help maintain employee satisfaction.
Leslie takes a personalized approach while working with owners and executives uncovering gaps in organizational planning that can pose risk to their long-term stability and growth. She helps identify the vulnerabilities of a business and/or in a personal family plan and addresses them with targeted insurance solutions.
